Dyto Platform License Agreement

This Software License Agreement governs the use of the Dyto platform provided by D3R3K LLC.

License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, D3R3K grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Dyto platform.

Restrictions

Users may not:

Reverse engineer the platform
Extract prompts or algorithms
Replicate system architecture
Redistribute generated reports commercially
Create derivative platforms
Attempt to copy or replicate Dyto functionality

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Dyto remain exclusively owned by D3R3K LLC.

Generated Output

Reports generated by Dyto are licensed for internal organizational use. Commercial redistribution requires written permission.

Termination

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by United States law.
